StellarRad — Cloud Teleradiology Platform

Overview
StellarRad is SoftTeam's cloud-native teleradiology platform — a multi-tenant worklist, DICOM viewer, and reporting system that lets a radiology group's readers work across every scan centre in their network from one browser tab. Studies are ranked by real clinical urgency together with each site's own contracted priority, opened in a browser-based viewer, reported, and digitally signed — with every sign-off checked against the reporting radiologist's actual registration and jurisdiction before it's accepted, not left to policy alone.
On the scan-centre side, StellarRad pairs with StellarGateway, a lightweight on-site relay that connects existing modalities to the cloud platform over an ordinary outbound connection — no VPN, no inbound firewall rule, and no new scanner-side hardware to install.
StellarGateway is the connector every scan centre runs locally — it watches for new studies from the existing modality fleet and relays them to StellarRad in the cloud, so no site needs a VPN tunnel, an open inbound port, or a new server room appliance to get onto the platform.

Where StellarRad Fits
StellarRad is the newest member of SoftTeam's Stellar family, alongside StellarPACS (on-premises hospital RIS/PACS). Where StellarPACS serves a hospital's own imaging department, StellarRad is built for the different problem of a radiology group reading across many external scan centres — cloud-hosted and multi-tenant from the ground up, with StellarGateway as its purpose-built connector for sites that don't otherwise have a way to reach the cloud platform.
